Mandap Bazaar is a premium wedding décor manufacturer and exporter, proudly rooted in tradition and driven by innovation. Our 1.5 acres manufacturing unit, located near Mumbai, serves as the heart of our operations—where artistry meets efficiency to create world-class wedding decor. At our core, Mandap Bazaar is more than just a manufacturer. We’re a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, culture, and constant evolution. What was once a traditionally run business has matured into a modern, family-operated company with streamlined systems, global logistics, and a strong commitment to quality.

What began as a modest setup—just four laborers and a vision—has now evolved into an international brand under the leadership of our founder, Manoj Rathod. From supplying cloth decor locally, Manoj’s entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on experience as a decorator paved the way for Mandap Bazaar to grow into a full-scale export company.

We manage every stage of the production and shipping process in-house to ensure the highest levels of precision, reliability, and client satisfaction. Our blend of handcrafted excellence and modern operations is what sets us apart in the wedding decor industry.

Today, we are a team of 30 professionals, offering a diverse portfolio of over 2,000 wedding decor products crafted in materials like fiber, metal, wood, cloth, mirror, and CNC-cut designs. From traditional mandaps to grand life-sized installations, we specialize in producing customized, heavy-duty décor tailored for global markets.

Humble Beginning

Mandap Bazaar started in 2005 from a 100 sq. ft. garage-like space with just the founder and one employee. By 2007, we moved into a bigger workshop and grew to a team of 5 skilled craftsmen, setting the stage for steady growth.

2005 - 2007
2009

First International Step

In 2009, we expanded to a 5,000 sq. ft. workspace near a coastal village and received our first export order worth $3,500. This included shipping fabric, drapes, and chair cover samples to Virginia, USA — our first international courier.

Breakthrough & Global Confidence

Our first big order came in 2013: six mandaps to Houston, Texas for client Nalini Kannan. With just 8 labourers and the founder, we delivered successfully. That same year, a UK sales trip brought in bulk orders, marking our global breakthrough.

2017 - 2019

Entering US Market

In 2017, we visited the USA for the first time and secured bulk orders from New York. By 2019, Mandap Bazaar USA was launched with a 2,000 sq. ft. warehouse to better serve the American wedding decor industry.

Resilience Through Crisis

Despite the challenges of COVID-19, Mandap Bazaar stayed strong. With solid foundations and loyal clients, we expanded operations by opening two U.S. pickup locations in Texas and San Jose to improve delivery speed and access.

2024 - Present

Scaling New Heights

In 2024, we moved into a 1.5-acre facility. Now, we ship a container every two weeks with 15+ shipments, serving clients globally. Mandap Bazaar has grown into a trusted B2B decor brand built on quality and scale.

Our Warehouses

We’re proud to offer a seamless and convenient experience for our US-based clients with a fully stocked main warehouse in New Jersey, along with additional pick-up locations in Dallas, Texas, and San Jose, California. These locations allow our customers to save on shipping time and costs, while also providing faster access to products for urgent or planned events. Whether you’re an event planner or decorator, you can easily collect your orders locally or stay updated with the available stock in your region. Our team regularly updates inventory across all locations to ensure you have what you need—exactly when you need it.
